This card represents a feeling of being unfettered.
This card is the opposite of card 29; and exudes a Positive tone.

This card describes CONCORD, and can be judged as a lesser form of card 11.

Traditionally this is the card of Hope. In a Spread, this card indicates that the associated party is functioning under the optimistic perception that they have the necessary harmonious support to move ahead in whatever endeavor they choose to pursue, including manifesting a daydream. While this could be a reality, often it is only a mental state wherein physical, legal, or social obstacles are imprudently dismissed as inconsequential or avoidable.

Historically the expression "the hope of big water" alluded to the romance of the wide open ocean, and translated as a yearning for the personal freedom to think/do/go as you wished.

|| In the past this card was often titled "Hope", and indicated wishing. Alternatively it could also have indicated open mindedness or wanderlust. ||
