11 - AccordOriginal Title = A lot of money won. (Viel Geld gewinnen.)
Imagery = An unoccupied neatly arranged executive office desk [trouble-free], beside which is a massive stack of smoothly accumulating monetary rewards.
This card represents a state of harmony.
This card is the opposite of card 23; and exudes a Positive tone.
This card describes CONCORD, and can be judged as a greater form of card 36.
Historically an increase in money was assumed as a given in a well run business, and thus the allegory. However while the illustration shows a business steadily accumulating a lot of earnings as a result of it running harmoniously, the original label has instead been grabbed upon and been taken too literally as meaning getting a windfall through gambling (the word "won" is actually referring to the definition "rewarded for effort").
The new label of Accord is thus a good clarifier, as it makes reference to the overarching concept of concordance. "Gain" is certainly implied in this card, but it is the unbounded gain of independence and capability to do and achieve, which can only happen when everything and everyone is meshing harmoniously (and which yes, will often induce monetary gain as well).
