This card represents an air element characteristic (inquisitive, focused, etc.) or jurisprudence leaning, regardless of the persons gender/age.
This card is related to cards 12, 13, and 22; and exudes a Neutral tone.
Nowadays this card is used to describe someone who indulges in the Sciences or who has an "airy" elemental personality (one type of the four broad elemental ♥, ♦, ♣, ♠ personality characteristics). Often this card will appear as a descriptor for another card; but it could instead indicate a person perceived as having that personality (such as a potential tryst partner) or perhaps a reproval that you should take on some of the associated "airy" characteristics. Alternatively it can be a suggestion to engage yourself a little more in intellectual pursuits.
When one of these elemental personality cards is associated with another elemental personality card in a Spread, it indicates a personality that is a blending of both cards.
Historically the "Gerichtsperson" refers to what English speakers would call a deputy judge. Essentially an evaluator whos decisions carry weight.
