This card is related to cards 12, 22, and 30; and exudes a Neutral tone.
Nowadays this card is used to describe someone who indulges in Finance, moves about in High Society, or who has an "earthy" elemental personality (one type of the four broad elemental ♥, ♦, ♣, ♠ personality characteristics). Often this card will appear as a descriptor for another card; but it could instead indicate a person perceived as having that personality (such as a potential tryst partner) or perhaps a reproval that you should take on some of the associated "earthy" characteristics.
