This card describes EASE, and can be judged as a greater form of card 27.
While this card rarely might be referring to an upturn in wealth, it typically is referring to smoothness in your progress (perhaps even as a fortunate consequence of circumstance). In a Spread it usually indicates that interactions with the associated party were/are/will be either productive or amiable.
Note that this card does not indicate "successfully achieving your goal", but rather a state of affairs where everything seems to be going your way. The length of time however is left undetermined.
