This card denotes a state of stability.
This card is the opposite of card 09; and exudes a Positive tone.
This card describes DEPENDABILITY, and can be judged as a greater form of card 16.
Stability, while possibly actual, usually refers to a mental perception of things being predictable and controllable. It could also be describing a homebody, usually by choice but possibly by circumstance. In a Spread, it can indicate that the associated subject is dependable. Alternatively it could be a recommendation for you to retreat to a place of physical or emotional tranquility.
Note that this card on its own does not quantify the scope or duration of constancy.
Traditionally this card could also indicate that the associated card is either embedded in, or wishes to establish, a domestic situation. While it could be describing a domicile, it could also be referencing a family unit.
Historically house was used as a simile for a secure and stable domestic base. Nowadays with people considering all sorts of structures home, that distinction has become blurred. The new label of Stability is thus a better title for contemporary understanding, as it clearly distinguishes the overarching concept of the house in the illustration as being more than purely a type of architecture.
