This card represents a mindset of carelessness.
This card is the opposite of card 16; and exudes a Negative tone.
|| In the past this card was often titled "Child", and indicated a fresh start. Alternatively it could also have indicated a dependent child. It could also have been interpreted as advice to: Be more carefree. ||
Often this card will appear as a descriptor for another card; but it could instead indicate a person perceived as having this personality or perhaps a reproval to be more childlike and spontaneous.
Note that the original title of "a little child" is vague, and unfortunately has often been taken way too literally as to mean that this card is only describing baggage in the form of a baby/child or pampered pet. The new label of Irresponsible is thus a good clarifier, as it makes reference to the overarching concept of being incautious.
