This card represents an event/enterprise where the main players can briefly be observably close to one another. It can either be planned or by chance.
This card is the opposite of card 10; and exudes a Positive tone.
This card describes UNITY, and can be judged as a lesser form of card 03. The coming together does not have to be for sexual purposes, and while not a permanent joining, the length of "brief" is left undefined.
The meetup only indicates the parties physically coming together, and may simply describe a platonic/social event. It does not infer that the parties will ever form a committed union, but it could infer that they will work together for a brief period (such as perhaps on a mutual project). If the parties are already in a union, it foreshadows that at some point there will be an obligatory separation in the future, but not necessarily that the union will be permanently dissolved.
Note that this is not describing a hidden meeting or arrangement (such as through private writing/phoning), but one which has a real potential of being observed other persons (such as seeing you physically together in the same room, a public announcement being made, displaying an engagement ring, etc.).
